Who we are
Scottish Energy Efficiency arranges no-obligation surveys and quotes for solar PV and battery installations in Scotland. Installation is carried out by our MCS-certified partner. Our address is Unit 3 Prospect III, Prospect Business Centre, Dundee DD2 1TY.
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and details of what you are interested in (for example solar panels, battery storage, or both). If you add a message, we collect that too. We also record the website you contacted us through and the page you submitted the form from.
Why we collect it
We use your information to contact you about a no-obligation survey and quote, to answer your questions, and to arrange the survey with our installer partner. We share the relevant details with our MCS-certified partner so they can carry out the survey and provide a quote.
Legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box on our form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and, if you proceed, to administer your quote and installation. If you do not proceed, we retain your details for a reasonable period to respond to any follow-up, then delete them.
Your rights
